It hurts that he doesn't remember, but he vaguely remembers people talking about that, how people could come from different times.

The jewel place, we thought they were gonna hit it. So we went to bust 'em, but that wasn't when they planned to, so we got in major trouble. I almost... we almost broke up. For real, because there was no choice.

But we figured it out. Remember that Paekman said they said 'We bought off Henry'? Derek Henry, works in evidence collection. They were planning to break in and they bought off Henry to get away with it. But we busted 'em, man.
